CanGas® CAME Membrane Nitrogen Generator 95%~99.9%

The CanGas^® Membrane nitrogen generator CAME system uses a semi-permeable polymeric membrane to separate and obtain nitrogen from the air. The desired feedstock is compressed air containing 78% N₂, 21% O₂, 0.9% Argon, and 0.1% other components. The hollow fiber membrane is actually like a gas permeable tube. When the compressed gas passes through the core of the thin tube, some gases such as steam, O₂, N₂, and CO₂ will permeate through the tube wall, but the nitrogen gas permeates slowly - under the stream pressure, the nitrogen gas flows to the tube end and out to the nitrogen buffer or storage tank as purified product nitrogen.
