CAU Nitrogen Purifier

Nitrogen Generator

Product Introduction

The ordinary nitrogen gas produced by the nitrogen generator enters the deoxygenation tower equipped with high-efficiency deoxidizer. The oxygen in the raw nitrogen gas reacts chemically with the deoxidizer to generate carbon dioxide, which is then removed. The deoxidizer is consumed during the deoxygenation process and cannot be regenerated, requiring regular replacement of the deoxidizer. The carbon dioxide generated by the reaction can be removed by a molecular sieve adsorption tower, resulting in high-purity and high-quality product nitrogen gas. High purity nitrogen gas contains a small amount of CO2 (≤ 10ppm).
