Improve the stability of tires under transport condition
Nitrogen is inert and can effectively keep the tire pressure, thereby improving the stability indeed for tires under transport condition.
Avoid tire burst
During driving, the temperature of tires will gradually go up when rounding; tire burst accident happens if the tire temperature reaches a certain level, but filling Nitrogen into tires will reduce the rate of heat collecting and hence avoid tire burst.
Reduce fuel consumption
When vehicles are running under the condition of lacking tire pressure, driving resistance of the tires and the fuel consumption will be increased, while, after filled with Nitrogen, tires can keep a stable pressure and the fuel consumption is also reduced. Tests reveal: comparing with air tires the oil-saving rate of Nitrogen tires is from 2% to 10%.
Prolong the service life of tires
Filling Nitrogen into tires can reduce the irregular friction between tires and road surfaces, as well as reduce oxidation, thereby strengthening the elasticity of tires and prolonging the service life of tires.
Greener environmental protection
The audio conductivity of nitrogen is low, about 1/5 of the air, which could reduce the tire noise, even noise pollution. Besides, after filling nitrogen into tires the fuel consumption could be reduced during vehicles running, thereby the emissions of pollution is reduced.
