1. Turn on the air compressor, when the pressure of the air storage tank rises to 0.6~0.8Map, slowly open the main intake valve in front of the air inlet of the heated desiccant air dryer. Be careful not to open too fast to avoid damaging the filter assembly. After the intake valve is fully opened, the drain valve at the bottom of the filter should be opened to make the automatic drainer in working condition.


2. Observe the pressure gauge of the heated desiccant air dryer,when the pressure rises to the same level as the pipeline pressure, open the heated desiccant air dryer control cabinet, close the main power switch, and observe the temperature indication and time on the operation panel indicates whether it is on or not. When the dial switch is in the "running" position, in the local control state, press the "start/code" button on the operation panel, the controller starts to work. (Note that after the decompression of the regeneration tower is completed, it is necessary to observe whether there is air discharged from the muffler. If not, you need to open the regulating valve in front of the heater, so that about 5% of the dry air is heated by the heater and then discharged through the regeneration tower.)


3. Adjust the pneumatic triplet for the angle seat valve air source on the PSA nitrogen generator, so that the gauge pressure is displayed as 0.55~0.6Map. (When adjusting, pull up the wheel and turn it clockwise to pressurize. After adjusting to the appropriate pressure, press down the wheel.)


4. Open the control cabinet of the nitrogen generator and turn on the main power switch. At this time, the power indicator (red) on the operation panel lights up, and the digital display of the nitrogen analyzer lights up. (If the digital display does not light up, check whether the switch on the operation surface of the analyzer is turned on).


5. Open the manual butterfly valve in front of the muffler, then press the start button of the nitrogen generator, the running indicator (green) on the operation panel lights up, the PLC starts to work, the solenoid valve is opened regularly, and the angle seat valve is supplied with air. The adsorber starts to alternately perform the actions of "nitrogen production by adsorption and regeneration by emission". From the pressure gauge on the adsorber, observe the working condition of "nitrogen production by adsorption and regeneration by emission".


6. Open the nitrogen outlet gate valve and the gate valve in front of the flowmeter, and use the gate valve opening to adjust the flow until the flowmeter shows the required working flow.


7. Open the needle valve for nitrogen sampling and analysis, so that the sampling port of the analyzer in the control cabinet can feel the gas flowing through, and then insert the hose into the oxygen electrode of the analyzer.


8. Observe the purity indicator on the analyzer. Before the required purity is reached, discharge the unqualified nitrogen gas into the atmosphere through the exhaust port. After the purity indicator reaches the standard, close the exhaust port, open the qualified nitrogen outlet, and send the qualified nitrogen into the nitrogen storage tank.
