How to maintain the medical oxygen generator?
Return

For the PSA medical oxygen generator, regular maintenance is very necessary, it can avoid the occurrence of equipment failure, reduce maintenance costs and prolong the service life of the equipment. At the same time, it is more important to reduce the occurrence of delayed treatment due to equipment failure. After all, saving lives and helping the wounded cannot be tolerated.

The establishment of a corresponding maintenance system can effectively ensure the normal operation of the equipment. The hospital can regularly check, evaluate and care for the equipment according to its own conditions, and make advance purchases for consumables and key components in case of emergency.

The maintenance of the entire oxygen production system can refer to the following contents:

1. Air compressors and refrigerated dryers should be regularly maintained according to their instructions;

2. For filters, such as activated carbon filter and oil removal filter, they are generally changed once a year (if the humidity is high, it is recommended to change them every six months);

3. Regularly check whether the PLC controller and the two-position five-way solenoid valve are connected to electricity and gas normally;

4. Regularly check the oil residue and rust of system components such as pressure tank, instruments, compressor, pipes, valves and filters, and deal with them in time if they are unqualified;

5. When the pneumatic valves and seals of the oxygen production system are worn out, it is recommended to replace or repair them immediately;

6. Equipment maintenance is generally carried out once every six months or 4000 hours.

Notes on maintenance:

1. Before the maintenance of the oxygen production system, the oxygen in the equipment must be emptied and replaced with oil-free, dry air or nitrogen, so that the oxygen content in the equipment meets the specified requirements.

2. When the oxygen in the pipeline is discharged, the exported oxygen should be properly handled;

3. During the maintenance, the tools, the site and the clothes of the maintenance workers should be clean and oil-free. After the maintenance, all the tools must be counted correctly before leaving;

4. The oxygen pipeline should be purged with nitrogen or oil-free dry air after inspection and maintenance;

5. Parts in contact with oxygen such as oxygen pipelines and valves must be strictly derusted before being put into use after being stopped, and degreasing should be carried out if necessary (the cleaning agent is carbon tetrachloride).
