As industrial equipment, regular overhaul and maintenance of PSA nitrogen generators is necessary and important. It can detect and solve problems in time, prevent equipment failures, and effectively extend the service life of the equipment. 

However, due to the fact that nitrogen is colorless and odorless, and can cause harm to the human body if inhaled, workers must pay close attention to the following precautions to ensure safe maintenance.

The safety measures to be taken during the maintenance of nitrogen generation equipment are as follows: 

1. Before maintenance, confirm that the nitrogen generator is not in operation and that the power supply has been cut off, and a stop-use mark has been affixed, before proceeding. 

2. During maintenance, take protective measures for the workers and ensure that the workspace is well-ventilated and has sufficient oxygen content. Absolutely no nitrogen should enter the mouth or nose of a person. 

3. When welding is required, a hot work permit must be obtained and approved in accordance with regulations. 

4.When using cranes and other lifting equipment, a designated person must be in charge and the ropes must be checked to ensure they are secure. 

5. Parts that are disassembled, cleaned, and replaced during maintenance should be placed in designated areas in an orderly manner to prevent loss of parts. 

6. Maintenance of nitrogen generators should be carried out by professional personnel only, and it is strictly prohibited to disassemble the nitrogen generators at will, which may affect the actual use of the nitrogen generators.
