Nitrogen has a wide range of uses, from oil and gas extraction to food packaging. It is the huge demand for nitrogen in the market that has strongly driven the production and sales of PSA nitrogen generators. More and more companies are inclined to purchase PSA nitrogen generators for production activities.
Because different companies have different requirements for nitrogen specifications, each PSA nitrogen generator is a customized product; it will configure nitrogen flow, pressure, purity and dew point that meet the needs of users according to the user's needs.
Normally, a series of parameters such as flow and purity have been adjusted before the PSA nitrogen generator leaves the factory; if the user wants to make further adjustments, it is not allowed in principle; because arbitrary changes to the equipment parameter settings will lead to unstable nitrogen quality and affect the normal use of the equipment. Of course, the PSA nitrogen system can also be "passively" adjusted. For example, when the nitrogen flow rate is increased, its purity will decrease accordingly, and when the nitrogen flow rate is reduced, the nitrogen purity will also increase accordingly. However, this type of adjustment lacks precision and cannot meet the needs of nitrogen purity adjustment. It is best to have the guidance and participation of professional personnel from the manufacturer. There are several similar "passive" adjustments as follows;
1. Adjust the pressure during air intake and outlet;
2. Reduce the air intake;
3. Replace molecular sieves of different qualities;
4. Adjust the system valve
The above methods can more or less change the existing nitrogen purity, but it is not recommended for users to use them without authorization. If the purity of nitrogen needs to be adjusted, it is recommended to reserve the nitrogen increment interface during customization, or contact the professional personnel of the equipment manufacturer to avoid equipment failure and economic losses due to unauthorized changes.
