Membrane nitrogen generator uses polymer hollow fiber membranes with different permeation rates for gas molecules such as nitrogen and oxygen in the air, and separates nitrogen from oxygen and other gases to produce high-purity nitrogen (99.9%).

Gas production: the flow rate of gas obtained per unit time; generally speaking, the gas production increases with the increase of pressure and temperature;
Recovery rate: the percentage of the gas flow rate per unit time to the mixed gas flow rate;
Service life: The service life of the membrane is related to the performance of the membrane itself, the operating environment and maintenance
Note: A high recovery rate means less compressed air is needed, and it is economical to operate; it increases slightly with increasing feeding air pressure, and decreases slightly with increasing feeding air temperature.
