In the oxygen generation system, all instrument pipelines and fittings used for oxygen passage must be strictly degreased before installation (carbon tetrachloride or alcohol can be used). For the detection pipeline of the lubricating oil system, the internal rust and impurities should be removed to keep the lubricating oil clean. After the instrument detection pipeline is installed, an oil pump must be used to repeatedly circulate the lubricating oil in the pipeline for cleaning. The installation quality of the instrument detection pipeline will affect the accuracy of the instrument measurement, so the following requirements should be observed during installation:

1) All detection pipelines (except inside the tower) should be equipped with joints or shut-off valves at one end of the measurement point for blow-off and maintenance;

2) For the detection pipeline where the measured medium is moist gas, a condensation removal device should be installed at the lowest point of the pipeline to prevent liquid from accumulating in the pipeline; for the detection pipeline where the measured medium is liquid, when the pipeline When the pipeline and instrument are located higher than the measuring point, it should be considered to install a vent valve at the highest point of the pipeline to prevent gas from accumulating in the pipeline;

3) For some outdoor detection pipelines where the measured medium is liquid, in order to prevent low temperature freezing from blocking and cracking the pipeline, insulation measures must be taken. For example, use steam or electric heating to keep warm. In most cases, it is sufficient to wrap insulation material on the pipeline to keep it warm;

4) When measuring the pressure of piston compressors and similar equipment, shock absorbers must be added to the pipeline to prevent damage to the pressure gauge components. The shock absorber usually adopts a buffer container with an orifice, or directly uses a needle valve instead of a stop valve;

5) On the pipeline used for the detection of steam or other condensed gas near-mounted instruments, a ring or U-shaped condensation isolation tube must be added to prevent the measuring element from overheating;

6) For the positive and negative pressure detection pipelines of flow rate and liquid level, the length and the number of elbows should be as consistent as possible, so that the resistance of the positive and negative pressure pipelines is the same, and the instrument failure caused by the local resistance of the pipelines should be eliminated. error;

7) All instrument detection tubes in the tower should be clamped with bakelite boards, and then fixed on angle iron frames and channel steels. It is strictly forbidden for aluminum tubes to directly contact angle irons and channel steels to prevent corrosion of aluminum tubes caused by potential differences.


Note: The instrument detection pipeline can only be installed after the equipment and process pipeline are installed.
