Pressure swing adsorption (PSA) nitrogen generator is an automated equipment that uses carbon molecular sieve as the adsorbent and adopts the principles of pressure adsorption and pressure reduction desorption to physically separate nitrogen from the air.

Regarding the size of the PSA nitrogen generator, there is no uniform size. It will vary according to the gas production volume and purity requirements of the nitrogen; but generally there are the following rules

1、Under a certain flow rate, the higher the purity of nitrogen, the larger the size of the equipment;

2、Under a certain purity, nitrogen-generating equipment with a large gas production capacity will be larger than equipment with a small gas production capacity.

Taking 50Nm3/h equipment as an example, the size of the equipment with a purity of 95% is 1.35m (length) (length) X1.4m (width) X1.8m (height);

Under the same gas production volume, the size of the equipment with a purity of 99% is 1.5m (length) X 1.4m (width) X 1.8m (height);
